Do you want to work for a forward-thinking educational establishment that will truly value your contribution to school-life in our thriving Early Years Department?

A school where you will never be bogged down by beaurocracy or unnecessary paperwork?

A place where your fire and spark for teaching will never burn out - and neither will you?

A place where you can be exactly who you are and celebrate young children for exactly who they are?

Are you dedicated to, and wildly passionate about, giving children the best start?

We Are Always Developing & Investing In Our Team!

Investing in our teaching team and expanding our provision is something we want to spend our time, passion and energy on. We know our Pre-School Department offers an exceptional early years education. If we expand, more children can have a place at Performatots, which means that more children benefit from the amazing foundation our learning-programmes and nurturing, respectful care can give them.

We want our company to retain it's super-special magic and never risk diluting what we do so well by rushing growth. Therefore, growth happens slowly here, very organically - and this allows us to ensure we retain every drop of the quality of what we offer. We don't prioritise expanding our provision first, we prioritise finding the right people and growth comes with them, not before them.

We know you will be delighted to know that we are not a chain; we are totally unique, independently family-owned and we invest heavily in the right people. We passionately believe that young children deserve the very best kind of human beings to work with them; kind, considerate, highly qualified and passionate teachers who inspire our young learners to fulfil their potential, with their high expectations and creative ideas.

Our hiring process is never rushed. We only choose those teachers and teaching assistants to join our team that 'wow' us and deserve a sprinkling of shiny gold stars! We are happy to wait for the right people. We know that what we're offering is a much-valued role in a super-special place  - and it will never be a case of picking the best of a bad bunch at Performatots - which is why some of our recruitment is ongoing. There's no time limit, we will always be interested in meeting educators and those interested in becoming educators.

Think You Are Our Missing Piece?

If you're eyes are lighting up when you read this - we want to hear from you! Don't hide your light and don't settle for a role or a place that doesn't offer something incredible. You are always welcome to book a recruitment appointment with the Principal, come and see us in action, have a tour of the school and see what all the fuss over our unique provision is all about.

We are dedicated to training and development opportunities for our team, so if you have a burning desire to work in early years, we may well be able to support your dreams and ambitions by offering a sustainably paid training package - it's never too late to follow your heart - and it might even be an early decision upon leaving school that this is where you want to be - either way, contact us and let's see if together we can make it happen.

Just send us an email to hello@performatots.co.uk or pick up the phone 01423 819207, tell us your aspirations and why you think you are the perfect fit for Performatots.
